To add a 5-way on your 2015 Lexus RX 450h you'll first need to add a 4-way connector. If your Lexus has the factory tow package you can use # 118255. Without the tow package you'll want # C59496. There is only one hitch available for the 2022 Lexus RX 450h with the Draw-Tite # DT58GR. This does not include any kind of tail gate kick plate. I did some checking but it doesn't look like Thule offers that silver anchor piece from the Fit Kit # TH186044 as an individual part. To my understanding the fit kits from Thule generally aren't pieced out so that you can get individual parts so I would return the kit to the place where you purchased it if they aren't able to do anything about it.
